ordering details:

  • Orders may be placed for shipping or pick-up (in Livermore).

  • December Holiday pick-up and shipping times may vary from those listed below. If you are ordering a seasonal item, please read the product page for details on when you will receive your item. Thank you!

  • Christmas Delivery/Shipping: If you are placing a shipping order for Christmas (Dec 25), your order must be in by Sunday, December 15th to ensure it will arrive on time. Orders placed later will not be guaranteed to arrive before/on Christmas due to USPS shipping deadlines.

Shipping:

  • As a California permitted home bakery, we're currently limited to shipping within the sunny state of California.

  • Your order will ship out within 2 days (excluding holidays& Fridays) of placing your order. Friday orders will ship out Monday in order to limit time in transit.

  • Our packages are typically estimated to arrive within 1-3 business days. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number so you can see when your order will arrive. Shipping costs $8 for the first box of treats in your order. Each additional box is $5.

Pick-up:

  • Orders may be placed up to 2 weeks out. You will be prompted to choose your pick-up date when you add an item to your cart. We offer contactless porch pick-ups on Thursdays from 5-7 p.m. and Saturdays from 9-10 a.m. The day before pick-up, you will receive the full address for pick-up in an email reminder. Please do not show up outside of the agreed upon pick-up window as your treats will not be ready for pick-up.

  • If those times don't quite fit your schedule, don't hesitate to reach out to us at info@squaresbakes.com before placing your order. Just let us know in advance and we'll do our best to find a pick-up date and window that works for you. We're here to help make your experience as convenient as possible!
