We require full payment in advance for all of our orders, including custom orders. Once an order is placed and is confirmed, an invoice will be sent to you to pay online via credit/debit card using Square. Full payment must be made 1 week in advance of date required.

Due to the nature of our home business, we are unable to safely accommodate allergies.
All bakes are made in a kitchen using shared equipment that handles egg, milk, wheat, soy, peanut, and tree nut allergens. We cannot guarantee that any of our products are allergen-free for this reason. Therefore, they are not suitable for anyone with these allergies due to the potential for cross contamination. It is up to the customer to disclose their allergies to Squares.

It is recommended to place a custom order 2-3 weeks in advance to ensure that the date you request will be available. We can do rush orders (1 week or less notice) but additional charges may apply.

We love to create new flavor combinations! Please send us an email at info@squaresbakes.com or contact us so we can create a flavor that suits your needs.

If you have not tasted our products yet, we can put together a custom tasting box for you. Please contact us if you are interested in a tasting box. If you are interested in certain flavors, please include those in your query.

Yes we can! We currently offer delivery in the Tri-Valley (Livermore, Pleasanton, Dublin, and Danville). Delivery is curbside only. If you are interested in delivery, please let us know your address so we can provide you with the delivery fee. Delivery charges are calculated per mile roundtrip.
