Livermore Pick-up Information

Squares is a home bakery in Livermore that operates on appointment-only basis. This means that we prioritize your convenience by scheduling your pick-up times in advance, ensuring a smooth and seamless experience.

Here's how it works: once you add an item to your cart, you will be prompted to choose a pick-up slot. We have two time slots available for pick-up: Thursday evenings from 5-7 p.m. and Saturday mornings from 9-10 a.m. But don't worry about rushing — your order will be ready for you to collect anytime within the specified timeslot. Just remember to arrive within the designated hours, as we won't be able to accommodate early or late pick-ups.

The day before pick-up, you will receive a reminder email that includes our pick-up address.

When you arrive for pick-up, you'll find a table on our porch with your name displayed. Rest assured, your order will be neatly placed behind it, ready for you to pick up.

Treat Transport

When carrying the box, hold the box from the bottom, not the sides. Please make sure you have a flat surface in your car to transport your treats, preferably in the passenger footwells of your car to reduce the chances of them moving. Avoid putting it on any area with a slant; we do not recommend someone holding the cake. Please do not place them on top of a seat, as this can cause them to fall and damage the products. Keep the box flat during transport and avoid braking quickly or making sharp turns.

Avoid placing the box near heat sources during transit and storage; this may melt the product. Do not leave your treats in the car for longer than it takes for you to get home. Heat will affect the treats and can cause them to melt, especially with our cakes and cupcakes.

Can’t make your pick-up?

If those times don't quite fit your schedule, don't hesitate to reach out to us at info@squaresbakes.com before placing your order. Just let us know in advance and we'll do our best to find a pick-up date and window that works for you. We're here to help make your experience as convenient as possible!

Life happens, and we understand that sometimes plans change. If you can't make it to your designated pick-up time, please contact us at info@squaresbakes.com as soon as possible. We'll try our best to reschedule and make sure you still get your delicious treats. Due to our policy, it is the customer’s responsibility to contact Squares over email if they are unable to make their pick-up time slot.
